From one smart solution to an international standard
ROS International originated from a practical need: the IKEA distribution center in Oosterhout was facing a high rate of damage to its warehouse racking systems. The solution had to be faster, more efficient, and more cost-effective than full replacement. Technical engineer Hans Slavenburg designed a method to safely restore uprights to their original shape and load-bearing capacity using a specially developed mold and controlled pressure.
What began as a clever innovation for a single warehouse has since evolved into a patented method used in over 20 countries. ROS International has become a leading specialist in both the repair and maintenance of warehouse racking systems.
